  2. Renew online at discoverylab.org/join.
  3. Renew at the front desk with the Guest Experience staff.

Can I apply general admission tickets toward the purchase of a membership?

Absolutely! When you visit Discovery Lab and purchase general admission tickets, you can apply your ticket costs toward a membership at any time on the day of your visit. The number and type of applicable tickets varies with the membership level you purchase. Ask the front desk for details during your visit.

Do I need to wait until I receive my card to visit?

No need to wait! Just bring your Photo ID. Expect your membership card to arrive within a week of your membership purchase.

Who should I list on my membership?

You may list family members, grandparents, parents, and children, up to the number in your membership level, i.e. the members named on your membership are the family members able to use this membership.  The primary and secondary adult card holders own the membership and are able to request changes and information concerning the membership.

Please Note: At the time of joining, all adults included on the membership should be named.  Only those listed on the membership will be allowed free entry.

Can I share a membership with my friend or other family members?

With the exception of the Just for Two membership option, Discovery Lab memberships include admission for two named adults. Additional adults, caregivers, etc. can be added to your membership for an additional fee.

Can I use my Discovery Lab membership at other museums? How do I find those other museums?
